1. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful and that is why we offer 7 days satisfaction guarantee on all items except special order prom gowns or rush order veils.  No refund will be forthcoming after this period.
2. A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns except where damaged.
3. All buyers are responsible for all postage and restock fee on returns unless goods are damaged on delivery.   Please notify us within 7 days and return in original packaging with returns no. 
4. If items received appear to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton and e mail our Customer Service dept.  Where a returns no. will be given.  Do not return the merchandise unless authorised.  Any merchandise returned by the buyer without prior authorisation may incur an administration charge and returned to you at your expense.
5. If your order comprises of two or more products of the same type and you wish to return one for a refund you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 10%.
